With the interest of the entire world at hand, having actualities or sound bites available to the world is an extremely important part of the overall communications strategy. The amount of time required by a client to record a soundbite is substantially shorter than is required to conduct a number of separate one-on-one interviews directly with stations - though this is also an important strategy. Strauss Radio Strategies, Inc. has found toll free telephone lines to be an extremely effective and time-efficient tool for getting out the message to radio stations throughout the world.
Strauss Radio Strategies, Inc. can set up, implement, and maintain an actuality line for its clients. The toll free line consists of a national dial-in 800-number system. SRS will broadcast fax notification of the line to the client's desired target stations. The dial-in 800-number system is available to radio stations (and other forms of media such as print-) 24-hours a day.
The dial-in actuality line system is multi-tiered and contains multiple menus tailored to each client's individual needs. The actuality system has the ability for an unlimited amount of audio storage time, allows for many different mailboxes and can be programmed as needed to include separate mailboxes for each state or target area.
Additionally, the dial in lines, if needed, will contain mailboxes for specialty radio stations servicing the African American and Spanish-language communities. Strauss Radio Strategies, Inc. has a fully-bilingual member of its staff for Spanish language translation.
